Online Registration Procedure :

• The child should have completed 4 years of age as on 1st June 2023.


• Step 1 : Please fill in the basic details required on the Online Form. Kindly maintain one e-mail id only per candidate throughout the admission procedure and do not share the same email id with others applying for admission in SFXGHS.


• Step 2 : On completion of filling the form use debit / credit card / net banking to make Online payment for downloading Application Form. Only after the payment of Rs. 500/- is made successfully, you will be able to download the Application Form.


• Step 3 : Take a print out of the completed Application Form along with the online transaction.

Points to be Noted :

• Last date for submission of filled in Application Form to the school office is 27th January 2023 till 12.00 Noon.


• Make a note of the Application Number for all future correspondence.


• The date of interview will be intimated to you on 31th January 2023.

Kindly attach the following documents ( photo copy ) along with the Application Form.

• Birth Certificate of the candidate from the Corporation


• Birth Certificate of the candidate from the Hospital


• Baptism Certificate of the candidate (for Catholics only)


• Income proof / Salary Certificate


• Attested copy of the highest qualification  of both parents


• Caste Certificate of the candidate (if the candidate belong to SC, ST or OBC)


• Address proof (any one): Ration Card / Voters ID / Passport/Driving License/Aadhaar Card


• Applications without the relevant documents attached will be rejected.
