- Satisfactory evidence with regard to the date of birth must be produced. Attach the attested Xerox copy of the BirthCertificate.
- Transfer Certificate from, the previous school studied should be surrendered in original after Provisional Admission.
- Conduct Certificate from the school last attended to be submitted at the time of registration.
- Incomplete Application will be summarily rejected.
- If registered more than once, it will be rejected.
- Bring 2 copies of Aadhaar Card for each Father, Mother and Student.
- A photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
- By registration, admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
