INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM
- Submission of online application is open only for LKG for the academic year 2023 - 2024
- The child should have attained 3 years by 31st March of the year for seeking admission into LKG.(Child born between 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020)
- Kindly fill the required details in the appropriate boxes
- Please provide proper email address and phone number as it will be used for further communication regarding admission.
- Online application form must be filled by uploading
- A passport size photograph (1MB) in the space provided
- Original Birth Certificate of the child
- Original Community Certificate of the child (if not available for the child, upload one of the parent’s community certificate)
- Original Aadhaar card of the child
- Submit the filled in online application form on payment of Rs. 750/- by online mode.
- Download application form and hand over the same along with the required documents at the school office on 28/01/2023 (Saturday) (or) 30/01/2023 (Monday) (or) 31/01/2023 (Tuesday) between 09.00 am and 12.00 noon
- Acceptance of application form is subject to furnishing all details as required.
- The shortlisted applicants will be intimated through SMS / Email.
- Kindly note: As per Government Policy and norms of the management the application for admission shall be uploaded by any eligible candidate. Considering the class and section size we may not be able to admit all applicants.
