Application Form for Admission to standard XI 2023.

1. Read all the instructions carefully before you register online.Click on the “I agree” button and proceed.


2. Courses offered at St. Francis Xavier Girls’ High School along with Electives are as follows:

3. Criteria for Provisional Admission to Standard XI will be finalized based on the following:


• Results of the Final Examination Marks sheet.


• Pass certificate awarded by the Council for class 10.


4. Fees :


• a) Admission fee for S.F.X. students      : 40,000/- (one time)


• b) First Quarter fees             : 19,650/-


5. Application forms will be available online from 10 th February 2023 onwards. The Application should be filled up online and submitted online. A Registration fee of Rs.500/- must be paid to process the Application.


6. Submission of Application:
   
   A printout of the completely filled Application form (which would be sent to your email) should be taken and can be submitted along with the following documents (in the same order as mentioned below) at school gate by 30 th March 2023.


• a) Passport size photos (student & parents)


• b) Address proof


• c) Baptism certificate (if Catholics)


• d) Copy of Preliminary Examination Marks sheet.


• e) Parents’ Annual Income proof.


7. Provisional Admissions:
   
   Based on the Marks of the Examination of standard 10, Provisional Admission will be provided. Date of Interview with the parents and the candidates will be intimated after the Board Examination. Provisional admission for standard XI will be completed after the payment of the Admission and the 1 st quarter fees.


8. Confirmation of Admission will be intimated to you through SMS after the ICSE results.


9. Refund of fees:


1. a) If, for any reason, the candidate who has received Provisional admission is unable to pass the ICSE Board Examination, 90% of the admission fee will be refunded.


2. b) If the candidate chooses to withdraw from the programme for any other reason:


3.     only the 1 st quarter will be refunded.


10. The following original documents should be submitted at the time of Admission in July 2023.


• a) Self-Attested Online Statement of Marks for class 10 (ICSE Examination 2023)


• b) Official Transfer Certificate (Original)


• c) Conduct Certificate (Original)




11. Note:
1. a) The School does not accept any donations either directly or indirectly.


2. b) Recommendation letters will NOT be entertained.
