REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION INTO XI - N.S.N. MEMORIAL SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL

Avoid registering multiple times.

Incomplete form will be rejected.

Admission is Subject to Vacancy.

This form must be signed by the Parent / Guardian and it should be submitted in the school office within two days between 10.30 a.m and 12.00 Noon.

Application Submitted in the school office alone will be screened and processed for admission.

Copy of the Aadhaar Card, Birth and Community Certificate must be submitted.

Copy of mark sheet of std. IX & X should be submitted (Terminal I & II).

Authorization letter from parent is required for students staying with guardian.

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Submit recent passport size photo.

Provisional selection will begin in the month of March / April 2023.
