2. All the details must be filled in correctly.
3. Incorrect and incomplete forms will be rejected.
4. Documents Required : self attested photocopies of
• Birth Certificate
• Aadhar
• Mark Statement of Previous class studied
• Employee Badge of parent
• Community Certificate in Ward's name ( applicable for SC/ ST only)
• Original Transfer Certificate-(Only for Std II and above-To be submitted before June 2023)
5. The application form must be signed by the parent / guardian.
6. An SMS / Email will be sent confirming the registration.
7. Shortlisted candidates will attend an interview with the admission panel which will be intimated through SMS in the registered mobile number.
8. Admission is subject to vacancy and registration does not ensure admission.
