• Admissions to all the classes are subject to vacancies.
• Please read the Admission Information and FAQ in the Admission menu before filling the registration form.
• The child must complete the Age criteria.
• Kindly fill the required details in the appropriate boxes.
• Please provide proper email address and phone number as it will be used for further communication regarding admission.
• The downloaded application form should be printed black & white in a single sheet (A4 – Front & Back).
• Printed application form should be submitted at the school office when you are called for personal interview.
• The following documents to be uploaded in the online form while registering.
• Scanned copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Corporation.
• Scanned copy of the Community Certificate.
• Parents will be intimated through SMS/mail if the application is Shortlisted.
• The number of application forms that we receive would be in excess of the number of children that we can admit, may result in disappointment to those who cannot be accommodated. We do understand your concern as a parent but at the same time we believe that you will appreciate our constraints in case your child is not admitted. Your co-operation and understanding would be appreciated.
• Immunization certificate is mandatory for submission of the form.
• For Community other than OC - community certificate is mandatory. If Student's community certificate is not procured, then father's community certificate should be uploaded and submitted along with the form. If not uploaded community will be taken as OC only.
• Forms which does not containing both the father's and mother's signatures will not considered for further process.
• Kindly submit the registration form along with the listed mandatory documents to the school while you come for personal interview.
• SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION.
• PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY DONATION TO ANYONE IN CONNECTION WITH ADMISSION.
